I aim to see a world in my lifetime where every community has equitable access to safe spaces to realise their true individual and collective potential. My leadership vision is to be on the path to realise my best version and in the process support individuals and communities achieve the same through cultivating compassionate systems, nurturing creative potential and building communities model of governance.
Project Description
The aim is nurture a world where everyone has right to wellbeing and the question which prompted us to design this project is "who gives care for caregivers". The intention of the project is to build a wellbeing ecosystem for educators and support them to explore and identify tools & practices for personal well-being. The program is designed curate spaces for teachers/educators to connect to their deeper selves and understand their contributions in the system, beginning from their family, to their workplace, and the larger system they are a part of.
