Leadership Vision
As a member of a community committed to ethical action in an interconnected world, I envision a world full of interdependent individuals, each at peace with themselves and one another. They are accomplished with their own lives and activities, but rest strongly on the support and love of one another. They are serious about their work and livelihood, but the feeling of accomplishment gives them time enough to laugh and create camaraderie. They sleep enough and stress little and eat healthy, and daily they exercise. There is no abuse of any kind; not of relationships or power or office.
Project Description
Kenya Reads works in Nyahururu and Kiamaina Kenya to holistically help students receive an education. Kenya Reads exists to help provide students in poor towns and slums of Kenya with access to necessary educational resources.
