Project Description
The Girls’ Education Network (GEN), founded by Ritu Muralidharan and Sofia Gomez- Doyle, is a leadership development program that invites young girls in Abu Dhabi to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves in order to mindfully engage with the world around them. GEN aims to create inclusive, supportive spaces that enable dialogue and foster an exploration of practices such as self-awareness, empathetic listening, collaboration, and design thinking.
