Leadership Vision
I dream of a time when leadership is viewed less as authority and management, but more as collaboration, self-care, and kindness for others. A view on leadership in which everyone can believe in and see their own potential through. With prayer and action, I intend to work to build a climate of leadership that can inspire hope in even the most hopeless among us.
Project Description
LEAD Palestine is an initiative that aims to inspire, motivate, and empower the next generation of Palestinian youth through leadership development training and mentorship. Working in collaboration with local organizations, community centers and university students, LEAD Palestine hopes to offer students, ages 12-14 a fun, hands-on, leadership-based summer camp and mentorship, with local role-models to help students develop a sense of community and confidence in their own capacities and to acquire the necessary skills to solve problems that face them.
