As an emerging leader, my larger vision for social change is to utilise opportunities accorded to me to provide opportunities to others, to contribute towards creating an inclusive society where everyone can achieve their dreams regardless of their social or economic background through compassion.
Project Description
Streets Incorporated is designed to support organizations offering rehabilitation to street children’s and youths to accomplish four objectives: Education, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Intercultural Empathy with the aim of improving socioeconomic background and re-incorporating street children back into the society. To incorporate means “to include”. Our larger Mission is to re-incorporate street children back into the society by creating opportunities that would allow them to become self-sustaining after their transformation process. We believe by empowering and offering them a chance they will be able to reciprocate and provide others with a chance. The project does not aim to re-invent the wheel but to “include” or rather support existing initiatives to liberate street youth from the streets.
