Project Description
A Citizen’s Guide To Real Estate Investment is an initiative to educate members of the Detroit community about the fundamentals of homeownership and real estate entrepreneurship. The project will mitigate the negative impacts of gentrification by promoting citizen-driven ownership of real estate and related small businesses.A Citizen’s Guide To Real Estate Investment seeks to empower Detroit residents through access and information to the tools and resources used by developers and real estate investors profiting from neighborhood revitalization.
