Leadership begins from the inside out—grounded in contemplative practice, guided by values, and expressed through service to others and our planet. I believe the most urgent work of our time is inseparable from equity and belonging. My role is not to lead for others, but to unlock the leadership within them.
Project Description
The Wattle Fellowship is unlocking the leadership our planet needs by facilitating cohort-based programs focused on sustainability. My Compassion in Action project focuses on how we can further integrate contemplative practices, and incubate offshoot programs, Our focus is on localisation rather than franchising to best identify the needs of that community.
