Project Description
In a world of complexity crosscutting issues like peace, health and climate change cannot be solved in silo. My social enterprise, 3BL Associates is a people + planet strategy consultancy re-imagining a more sustainable Middle East, and accelerating global sustainable development through collaboration. We work to address the broken infrastructure and architecture of the way we solve global social, environmental and economic challenges. As a hybrid social enterprise, we have two arms: 1. Our consultancy has included working with corporates, governments, multilaterals, INGOs and smaller CSOs at the intersection of profits and purpose. 2. Our think-do- tank incubates award-winning initiatives, like Public-Planet Partnerships, Diabetes.bh, Reimagine MENA, and Non-violent Resilience. Through 3BL, my fellowship project will be designing a series of leadership journeys that prepares aspiring world leaders and heads of state in values, mindfulness and reconnecting with the oneness and interdependence between all sentient beings. The target ages will be 18-35 and journeys will include values based leadership based on spiritual teachings, personal leadership, deep immersions in nature, and a connection to the cosmos.
