Project Description
Ungender aims to start difficult conversations related to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) inclusion and diversity in the workplace and the society and to go beyond these conversations by providing gender sensitivity training and gender audit to organisations along with information related to sustainable livelihood opportunity to individuals from the LGBTQ community.
