My leadership vision is to nurture a generation of values-driven leaders who act from clarity, compassion, and courage. I believe sustainable social change begins with inner alignment - when leaders understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and stay rooted in care for others. Through my work in education and leadership development, I aim to create spaces where young people discover their agency, strengthen their character, and lead with care and responsibility toward others. Ultimately, I hope to model a form of leadership that is both competent and compassionate, grounded in interdependence, and committed to serving people and the planet.
My Compassion in Action project is the Impact Leaders Program at SOL: School of Leadership, a six-month leadership journey for young people aged 18 to 25. The program integrates character development, mentoring, experiential learning, and a real-world practicum to help participants grow in both competence and inner clarity. By the end of the program, Impact Leaders develop stronger character, practical skills, confidence, and a clearer sense of their pathway to impact. They also become part of a lifelong community of peers and leaders who are committed to creating positive change.
