I see leadership as a continuous practice of self-awareness, responsibility, and relationship-building. I aim to create environments where emerging leaders feel confident stepping forward and growing into their roles. My vision is to cultivate leadership that is grounded, thoughtful, fair, and that strengthens people’s capacity to shape their own futures.
Project Description
Lokal Lab is a grassroots organization working across environmental stewardship, sustainable livelihoods, education, youth engagement, and culture in communities navigating rapid social and ecological change. Through our programs, community members such as local farmers, artisans, and young people are supported to strengthen their voice, confidence, and role in shaping decisions that affect their environment and livelihoods. The goal is to nurture leadership that is locally rooted, reflective, and capable of shaping sustainable futures from within the community.
