Leadership Vision
Ethical leadership means leading by principle and value, where my actions are totally aligned with my values and where my values are embodied in the desired me. It is the ability to sit with failure, doubt, and a sense of incompletion, to experience and recognize my humanity. It is to have faith—be it God, nature, or even a thought—in human goodness and potential.
Project Description
The Palestinian-Israeli Leadership Network aims to shift the way Israeli and Palestinian emerging leaders relate to each other, their own people, and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict – away from perpetuating the conflict and towards expanding horizons and encouraging a culture of positive engagement. The Network is a multi-year effort to build a broad-based, cross-sector network of Palestinian and Israeli leaders from politics, business, civil society, media, and religious institutions.
