At its core, the concept of ethical leadership requires us to interrogate our intentions and actions, and bring greater harmony between them. To me, ethical leadership suggests something about the relationships built through the process of achieving a goal. It requires that we share successes and failures. Having to deal with a challenge all alone sucks, and you can’t really party by yourself.

A project of KashmirCorp, Spark! Youth Initiative Accelerator, allows young people to voice their concerns around social issues and participate in decision-making processes that could otherwise alienate them. The program is a direct response to the needs expressed by Kashmiri youth change makers who lead small-scale social change initiatives around issues such as education, health, and environmental protection.
