My vision is to embody and inspire heart-centred leadership that is rooted in compassion, integrity, purpose, and conviction. Leadership that liberates, nourishes and inspires people to be their most authentic selves in order to create meaningful impact in the world. Leadership that starts from within and emboldens one to stand in their own power; where decisions are made from a place of love, empathy, and hope instead of fear or pain. My vision for leadership recognizes, honors and embraces the humanity, diverse experiences and contributions of all people when co-creating systems-level solutions to complex issues.
Project Description
The Afghan International Youth Network [AIYN] believes that connecting passionate and ambitious Afghan youth worldwide can lead to powerful conversations, inspiring collaborations, and meaningful impact. AIYN aims to empower, inspire, connect and support Afghan youth around the world by sharing their stories, building connections and creating an open and inclusive space for them to share their diverse thoughts, experiences and initiatives worldwide.
