I approach leadership as a conscious and active practice grounded in clarity, courage, and continuous learning. I believe most people carry the desire to create positive change; leadership is about helping them recognize their own capacity and direction. In a complex and often ambiguous world, I choose to embrace uncertainty rather than fear it. I strive to lead with integrity, presence, and adaptability — creating spaces where steady, collective action can unfold. My leadership is about contributing meaningfully to long-term change, even in small ways.
My Compassion in Action project focuses on developing community-based initiatives that strengthen climate literacy and everyday environmental responsibility. We design accessible, non-formal educational programs that address plastic pollution and encourage practical, local action. One key area of our work centers on women’s engagement in climate education, recognizing their important role in shaping family and community practices. Working within socially and structurally constrained contexts, we create inclusive spaces where awareness turns into small but consistent actions toward long-term environmental sustainability.
